The Dark Side of Tech

If you grew up in the Bay Area and have been paying attention, you have undoubtedly noticed many changes. Some of the greatest changes in recent years have been due the influence of Tech. There are negative aspects of Techs influence and they are discussed the book “Pictures of a Gone City.”  It is a scholarly analysis of the dark sides of the ‘Prosperity’ that the tech boom has brought to the Bay Area.

What are your thoughts on Tech Boom in our back yard and how has it effected you? How has it effected the Hayward Area in particular?
